Rates and Insurance

INSURANCE 1/3/2024

Dr. Faulkner, LMFT, LPC accepts Blue Cross, Aetna, Qualchoice, AmBetter, CoreSource and others.

Amy Smith, LPC accepts United Health Care, Optum and Aetna insurances.

(Note: other insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid are typically accepted at community counseling agencies such as Arisa Health in Russellville.)

 

RATES WITHOUT INSURANCE

Utilizing private pay can be a major advantage over most insurance since you cannot be term-limited in your therapy or experience high deductibles. Another advantage of not utilizing an insurance company is that they are not be given details of your therapy (a third-party payer privilege).  You may also be able to claim mental health services as a medical expense tax deduction, including use of an HSA account.

 

  • Licensed Professional Counselors (4-10 years of experience) $65 per session for individual, $75 per session couples & family counseling. Available LPC Counselors : Amy Smith, M.S., LPC. 
  • Senior Counselors (10+ years of experience) $120 per session for individual, couples & family counseling. Available Senior Counselors – Dr. Johnny Faulkner, LPC, LMFT

PAYMENT

 Cash Check and Debit or Credit cards including HSA cards.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not rescheduled with us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of the full cost of your session for the treatment as booked. We do this to ensure that we can help as many people as possible.
